Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at the Festival of Friends! This role is ideal for individuals whom excell in the fields of marketing, customer engagement, and product promotion. The Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of our company, creating positive brand awareness and fostering strong customer relationships through engaging interactions and product demonstrations. Ambassadors will be encourage sell subscriptions to our software or to book consultations with one of our founders. This position offers the opportunity to develop sales and marketing skills, enhance public speaking abilities, and gain valuable experience in the tech field with a Canadian startup. Ambassadors who perdorm extremely well will be considered for future roles either in office or at other promotional events depending on professional experience and background.
Duties
- Promote our brand andproduct as well as it's advantages over competitors
- Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers and generate interest
- Interact with potential customers to build brand awareness and drive sales
- Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively
- Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a positive image at all times
- Assist with setting up and breaking down promotional displays and booths
- Engage with diverse audiences using excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or Sales Rep is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and good overall hygiene and grooming
- Ability to work as part of a team and deliver updates to the owners as needed.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to find alternate modes of transportation should your primary method become unavailable.
- Prior experience with product demos and on-site product activation as well as any formal training in marketing or business are of particular interest.
This role provides an excellent platform for individuals looking to build their marketing and sales expertise and gain valuable experience in the technology sector. Candidates should be energetic, personable, and eager to engage with festival goers. Candidates must maintain good overall hygine and grooming. Branded polo shirts will be provided.
