Start to Finish Exteriors has proudly served Steinbach and surrounding communities since 2014, specializing in high-quality stucco and exterior systems. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Field Operations Manager to become a key leader within our team.
This is not an office job.
You'll spend most of your day on the road visiting job sites, coordinating with our crews, communicating with builders, organizing materials, and making sure every project has what it needs to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day will look a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Visiting multiple job sites throughout the day
- Checking on crew progress and ensuring jobs are running smoothly
- Coordinating material deliveries and equipment between sites
- Working directly with home builders, site supervisors, and homeowners
- Scheduling and completing service calls and warranty repairs
- Ordering and organizing materials
- Solving problems before they become delays
- Helping crews stay productive and on schedule
- Maintaining quality standards across all projects
- Assisting ownership with the day-to-day operation of the business
You'll become the connection between our crews, builders, suppliers, and office.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs
- Able to occasionally lift materials and work around active construction sites
