We are currently seeking skilled and safety-conscious Caulking and Building Envelope Technicians to join our team for upcoming commercial and residential projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Perform expert-level caulking and sealing on diverse building envelopes.
Execute fire-stop installations according to project specifications and safety codes.
Work efficiently on restoration projects while maintaining a clean, professional, and organized site.
Ensure all work adheres to high quality-control standards.
Work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
At Monev & Co, safety is our core value. The following certifications are mandatory for all field personnel:
Working at Heights (Valid and up-to-date).
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification.
Proven experience in caulking, building envelope restoration, or a related construction trade.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across Hamilton, Grimsby, and Oakville.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.
