DeAngelis Development Corporation is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Class 1and 3 truck drivers. The Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a commercial vehicle and the transportation of materials and the placement on customer job sites. Together with other team members, the Driver works to exceed customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform circle-checks, pre/post trips and complete logbook entries when needed
- Verify load security and accuracy
- Report all accidents or injuries
- Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain contact with dispatch and work to resolve issues as they arise
- Prepare trucks for reloading
- Transport loads safely following the rules of the road and representing the company to the highest standards
- Deliver materials to the assigned area as directed by dispatch while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
- Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management The successful candidate must possess:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brakes endorsement
- Valid Class 3 driver's license
- minimum of two years of experience and a clean driver’s abstract
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Basic hand tool skills
- Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs
- Sitting for long periods of time
