JNB Appliance Wholesale is a fast growing, family run appliance business specializing in scratch & dent, open-box, and new appliances. We sell everything from fridges and stoves to washers, dryers, TVs, and more, and we’re known for helping customers save big.
We’re looking for a Sales & Receptionist who’s comfortable wearing a few hats and being part of a small, hands on team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is the front line of our business. You’ll be:
Greeting and helping customers in the showroom
Answering phones, emails, texts, and online messages
Creating invoices and taking payments
Booking deliveries and working with our warehouse team
Taking photos of products and posting them online
Updating prices and listings on our website and sales platforms
Helping with inventory counts and tagging products
Keeping the showroom and front area clean and organized
Following up with customers and turning quotes into sales
No two days are the same some days are sales heavy, some are admin heavy, and some are “let’s get the store looking great” days.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
Organized and able to multitask
Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic online tools
Willing to learn appliances, systems, and sales
Reliable and shows up on time
Not afraid to do small tasks like cleaning or organizing when needed
Sales or customer service experience is a big plus, but not required
