We are hiring Line Operators for our steel processing operations, supporting CTL (Cut‐to‐Length), Slitting, and Tube Mill lines.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience operating the above Steel processing lines.

Qualifications
- Direct, hands-on experience in operating and managing either CTL (Cut‐to‐Length), Slitting or Tube Mill lines.
- Proven ability to proactively achieve performance goals.
- Strong technical knowledge of Steel processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to lead and train others.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Dependable, team-oriented, positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 60 lbs.), stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements include enhanced visibility work uniforms, eye protection, hearing protection, and foot protection.
- Operation of various machinery and equipment, including hand tools, overhead cranes, forklifts, heavy machinery, welding, and cutting equipment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day or for extended periods to cover shift needs.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Rotation, Straight Afternoons and Straight Night shifts available
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
