We’re looking for a grounded, intuitive, and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our space and team.
The Role
As Boutique Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations while holding the energy and experience of the space. This role blends retail leadership with community presence—you’ll guide staff, support customers in their journeys, and help maintain a welcoming, aligned environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of the boutique and healing space
- Create a warm, intentional, and elevated customer experience
- Hire, train, and support a small, aligned team
- Drive sales while maintaining authenticity and trust with customers
- Maintain visual merchandising with attention to flow, energy, and aesthetics
- Manage inventory (crystals, tools, retail products) and restocking
- Manage appointments, bookings, and scheduling for services and practitioners
- Coordinate bookings or support healing services as needed
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, or community gatherings
- Support and execute product launches, seasonal offerings, and in-store promotions
- Assist with basic website updates and online product management as needed
- Uphold the overall vibe, cleanliness, and energetic integrity of the space
- Lead by example on the floor and step in as needed to support the team and maintain the customer experience
- Support administrative tasks and evolving business needs, including occasional off-site errands or sourcing
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of retail or boutique management experience
- Confident in a leadership role with the ability to take initiative and operate independently
- Brings strong operational experience and can step into the role with minimal training or day-to-day direction
- Passionate about crystals, spirituality, and holistic wellness—this is a genuine interest, not just a job
- Grounded, intuitive, and strong with people
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual presentation
- Reliable, organized, and self-directed
Nice to Have
- Formal training or certifications in healing modalities (e.g. Reiki, energy work, yoga, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of crystals and their properties
- Experience working in a wellness, spiritual, or community-based space
