Special Event Brand Ambassador – 7-Day Contract (August 6–12)
We are hiring 12 mature, professional, customer-focused team members for a high-end VIP event experience in the Minett area.
Contract Details
- Dates: August 6–12 (7 consecutive days)
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour working shift, paid for 10 hours)
- Pay: FIRM RATE $20.00/hour + $50 completion bonus per day for successfully completing the entire 7-day contract
- Payment: E-transfer
- Lunch provided daily
- Full uniform provided (shirt, pants, and shoes)
- Paid 1-hour virtual pre-training session
Positions Available
- 9 Brand Activation Staff
- 2 Shuttle Registration Staff
- 1 Manager
Responsibilities
Depending on your assigned role, duties may include:
- Greeting and assisting VIP guests
- Distributing event wristbands
- Operating an iPad for guest check-in or registration
- Providing directions and information throughout the venue
- Supporting fellow team members as needed
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming guest experience
- Assisting with washroom monitoring (assigned role)
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be available for all seven days of the contract.
- Be comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day.
- Be able to stand and walk outdoors for extended periods.
- Present themselves professionally with a clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Arrive on time every day.
- Must live close enough to make it to site daily
Transportation
- Staff parking is off-site.
- Shuttle departs 9:30 AM sharp to the venue.
- Shuttle returns at approximately 6:15 PM.
- Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Please Do Not Apply If You:
- Cannot work every day of the contract.
- Are unable to pass a pre-employment drug screening for illegal substances.
- Have a criminal record that would prevent you from working this event.
- Are uncomfortable speaking with guests throughout the day.
- Are unable to stand or work outdoors for extended periods.
- Do not have reliable transportation to the designated parking area each day.
