Anchor provides quality, evidence-based supports to neurodiverse youth and adults through a trauma-informed, person-centred approach. Our team collaborates with forward-thinking partners to empower individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis and complex mental-health needs to reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Services
- Design and implement individualized skill-acquisition plans, behavioural-support plans and safety plans
- Develop, monitor and adjust behavioural programs based on data and client progress
- Collaborate with community-based treatment teams on case reviews and coordinated care
- Provide training and RBA supervision to mediators, caregivers, families and students
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings and authorizations
- Maintain a full billable caseload alongside supervisory duties
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Education, Psychology or a related field with a specialty in ABA
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing
- Demonstrated adherence to the Code of Ethics and Practice Standards outlined by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting neurodiverse clients with complex needs
- Valid driver’s license and insured transportation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; additional language fluency is an asset
