Safely operate tractor-trailers to transport goods to designated locations.
Complete local, regional, or long-haul deliveries as assigned.
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Load, unload, and secure cargo when required.
Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and electronic logs (ELDs).
Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates.
Follow all MTO, DOT, company, and road safety regulations.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Keep the truck clean and in good working condition.
Assist with warehouse or yard duties when required.
Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence.
Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience (preferred).
Clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR.
Experience operating tractor-trailers safely in local and highway environments.
Knowledge of MTO regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when loading or unloading freight.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as required.
