HAIAN Canada is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our mining tire business across Canada.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in:

The successful candidate will work closely with major mining companies, mining contractors, equipment fleets, and industry partners across Canada, supporting business growth, customer development, tire performance programs, and strategic account management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Mining, OTR Tires, Surface Mining, Oil Sands, Heavy Equipment, Earthmoving, Construction, Quarrying, or related industries
- Strong business development, sales, and customer relationship management skills
- Existing network within the Canadian mining industry is highly preferred
- Experience working with mining companies, contractors, dealers, or heavy equipment customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to mine sites and customer locations across Canada
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
