- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

We'relooking for a curious, data-driven Business Analyst to join our manufacturing operations team. In this role,you'llpartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, uncover improvement opportunities, and deliver insights that drive smarter decision-making across our production environment.
You'llalso playan important rolein post-ERPproject change management — helping ensure that new systems, processes, and tools are successfully adopted and sustained across the organization.

The expected annual base salary range for this fixed-term position is $84,500.00 to $105,650.00 CAD, pro-rated based on your specific dates of employment. Your salary will be dependent on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, and vacation and holiday entitlements.
