About the Opportunity
Signalix is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our Freedom Mobile team in London, Ontario.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping customers choose the right products and services while creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, technology, and building relationships with customers in a dynamic retail setting. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Support new activations, plan changes, device upgrades, and account inquiries
- Introduce customers to wireless products, accessories, and service options
- Demonstrate devices and explain features in a simple and engaging manner
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals
- Address customer questions and concerns both in-store and over the phone
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Wireless industry experience is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to learn new products, systems, and promotions quickly
- Strong attention to detail and basic cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Additional language skills are an asset
