Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Warehouse Associate specializing in Order Packing and Fulfillment. This role involves efficiently processing online orders, ensuring accurate packing, and managing the movement of goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, operate heavy equipment, and possess a strong understanding of warehouse management systems to support seamless order fulfillment and shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using order picker and other warehouse equipment
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, including verifying inventory accuracy and documentation
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update order statuses, and maintain organized records
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles preferred
- Experience with order picking, load & unload procedures, and using industrial equipment in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
