Used Vehicle Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre‑owned department. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage inventory, people, and processes with precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop the sales team — Build, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, performance expectations, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Train and support Sales Consultants — Provide ongoing coaching on customer engagement, deal structuring, payment options, and closing strategies.
- Ensure consistent sales process execution — Maintain a disciplined sales process and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the buying experience.
- Create a customer‑focused environment — Foster a culture that prioritizes transparency, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- Manage follow‑up and prospecting systems — Oversee CRM usage, lead management, and follow‑up processes to maximize opportunities.
- Oversee vehicle delivery standards — Ensure every customer receives a seamless, professional delivery experience.
- Control and optimize used inventory — Manage inventory levels, reconditioning timelines, merchandising, pricing, and marketing.
- Handle acquisitions and appraisals — Conduct trade appraisals, source vehicles, coordinate wholesaling, and ensure accurate descriptions and photos.
- Perform additional operational duties — Support dealership operations as needed to ensure department success.
What You Bring:
- Progressive experience in automotive retail sales — Minimum 3–5 years preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Deep understanding of used vehicle operations, appraisals, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
