About the Role
Cavalier Tool is seeking an organized, creative, and professional Marketing & Office Administrator to support both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day office operations. This dynamic role combines content creation, social media management, event and conference coordination, customer communication, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will help maintain Cavalier’s professional image across digital platforms while ensuring visitors, customers, and employees receive timely and effective support. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing creative projects with administrative responsibilities, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working with employees and leadership across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Planning and coordinating company events (e.g., team bonding events).
· Managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTok).
· Creating blogs using information provided by different teams (manufacturing, sales, program managers).
· Preparing for conferences (booking venues, planning booth content, organizing events, coordinating with vendors).
Administrative Duties:
· Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for employees.
· Answering phones and greeting customers.
· Preparing invitations for customers, travel letters for employees, etc.
· Following up with customers via email.
· Assisting the President of the company and completing various tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Personable and professional demeanor.
· Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles as needed.
· Experience in event planning and social media management preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Post-secondary education in Marketing
Preferred Assets:
· Previous administrative & marketing experience is an asset.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
