Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Use product knowledge to recommend eyewear and lenses tailored to each customer’s needs
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for the optometrist
- Assist with pre-testing patients prior to their eye exam (training provided)
- Learn to adjust eyeglasses and troubleshoot common customer concerns
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Interest in eyewear and fashion is an asset
