Duties include:
Greeting guests in person and by telephone and finding their service needs.
Preparing work orders for technicians.
Keeping guests updated on the progress of their Mazda while we are servicing it and ensuring that vehicle is ready at agreed upon pick up time.
Correctly summarizing the work we do on the guest's vehicles and setting the next appointment.
Following a process to ensure each customer gets the service and products that fit their needs.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
