Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other designated areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
- Reliable transportation is a plus for reaching multiple job sites if required
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for interacting with clients and team members
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
