We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, professional, and committed to providing exceptional therapeutic care while building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs
Assess client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Educate clients on treatment goals, home care, and wellness strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and professional at all times
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional practice standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding client experience
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized Alberta professional association
Valid professional liability insurance
Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and client care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous clinical or spa experience is considered an asset
