The Role
This is a remote, inbound B2C sales role. You'll be the first real voice of NextGen Moving that a customer hears. That means showing up to every call with energy, clarity, and the ability to communicate with confidence and purpose. You'll listen, ask the right questions, explain things clearly, give honest recommendations, and close the booking — always with the customer's best interest at the centre of the conversation.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Taking inbound calls and following up with warm leads who've requested quotes
- Managing and prioritising your lead pipeline — understanding where each lead came from, how warm they are, and what it takes to move them from inquiry to booked
- Walking customers through their move with clarity and confidence — timeline, truck size, crew needs, costs
- Asking the right questions and communicating findings back to the customer in a way that's simple, honest, and reassuring
- Putting the customer first on every call — listening before recommending, and recommending what's actually right for their situation
- Handling objections honestly and confidently — we don't pressure, we inform
- Proactively following up on open quotes without waiting to be reminded
- Communicating move details clearly and accurately into SmartMoving, our end-to-end moving company software
- Using SmartMoving to track lead sources, monitor pipeline health, follow up on open quotes, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Acting as a calm, capable point of contact when something goes wrong during a move — addressing customer concerns, resolving issues fairly, and making sure the customer feels heard and taken care of, even in a difficult moment
- Researching and reaching out to realtors, property managers, and other local businesses to build referral relationships and create new sources of business

What You'll Need
- Minimum 1 year of B2C phone sales experience — this is non-negotiable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — the ability to explain, reassure, and persuade clearly is central to this role
- A self-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative without being prompted
- Experience managing inbound leads — understanding lead sources, prioritising follow-ups, and maintaining a clean and active pipeline
- Russian language proficiency — strongly preferred
- A genuine customer-first attitude — this is as important to us as sales ability
- Comfort with CRM or booking software — experience with SmartMoving is a strong asset; training will be provided for the right candidate
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home setup
- Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Typing speed of at least 30–40 words per minute — you'll be entering details while on calls
