Crossroad Energy Solutions Inc. is currently looking for an Office Administrator in Calgary, AB. This position offers a dynamic work environment, and opportunity to grow with the Company. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail and organization.
A summary of the administrator duties are:
-General administration tasks for office staff
-Assisting Safety team with data entry and reporting
-Booking Travel and Hotels
-Managing fleet records
-AR and AP data entry and coding
-Purchasing data entry and receiving
-Data Entry into Open Invoice, Jobutrax, Cortex, Actian, Ariba and Oracle
-Supporting the Senior Office Administrator and Controller with Invoicing and other accounting tasks
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication, high accuracy rate and strong computer skills including Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), QuickBooks Online as well as learning our custom inventory management and field ticketing software. This position will require an effective communicator with internal team members and external customers on a frequent basis while working with the accounting team to meet deadlines.
