Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Must have reliable tools for everyday handyman work, valid driver's license with clean driving record required. (Company vehicle will be provided and/or gas allowance will be available for personal vehicle usage during work hours)
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
- Experience in drywall, painting, caulking, cleaning, landscaping and carpentry work
- Performing routine and scheduled maintenance of properties for residential and commercial properties (skills working as a residential construction handyman considered a plus)
- Participate in Rotating On-Call Services (bi-weekly)
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical/plumbing work and troubleshooting
- Experience in drywall, painting and interior caulking
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Emergency procedures
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively
