Your day won't be sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. You'll be talking with customers in English and French, answering questions, preparing quotes, and helping people get the right products and materials.
You'll make outbound calls, solve order issues, handle delivery delays with honesty, and recommend smart options when plans change. When a customer needs answers fast, you'll be the calm, capable voice that keeps the sale moving.
You'll also support the outside sales team and build real relationships over time. This is the kind of role where being organized, positive, and sharp earns trust quickly.
