Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients upon arrival.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling additional services to enhance the client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and managing client inquiries.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
