This role involves interpreting schematics and blueprints to build high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate components and assemble products.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform welding tasks as required, ensuring strong and durable joints.
- Operate cranes and other rigging equipment safely to move materials as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand and power tools effectively.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents.
- Welding experience is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Ability to rig materials safely using cranes or other lifting devices.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
