Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team who enjoys preparing fresh ingredients for service, we want team members who are reliable, organized, and passionate about great food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, portioning, and stocking stations.
- Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining quality.
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Food Safe Level 1 Certification required.
- Previous kitchen cook, or line cook experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Weekend availability needed.
