Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time baker to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of food items, including baked goods, desserts, and other kitchen offerings
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Package finished products securely for delivery or customer pickup
- Follow all food safety regulations and standards to ensure quality and hygiene
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in bakery work or food service is highly preferred
- Restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with baking, cooking, and food preparation methods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and packaging processes is beneficial
