THE TEAM
The mission of the Digital Merchandising Department is to present product and content to accelerate digital performance and deliver an Everyday Luxury customer experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Digital Merchandising team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering the overall Merchandising experience by strategically curating and delivering product offerings and content throughout our digital ecosystem. As the Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser, Digital Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in the display of products and content on digital platforms such as our Website and Mobile App. You will work alongside a team of world-class merchandisers while partnering with leadership in publishing and performance optimization to drive the merchandising department as a whole. THE ROLE
As the Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser, Digital Merchandising, you will support the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Establish the approach for Digital Merchandising at Aritzia.
- Determine how product and content come to life over a Season, Event, and Evergreen.
- Structure the product and content on the site for a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and request product and content assets.
- Strategically place product and content assets (excluding Art-Directed New, Brand, and Franchise Landing Pages).
- Ensure the right architecture, product, and content goes live at the right time, in the right way.
- Maximize digital performance by identifying and driving opportunities for optimization.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser, Digital Merchandising, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Planning, Placement, and Department Management.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
