Since our inception in 2018, we have achieved remarkable success, hosting tours, concerts, and events featuring internationally acclaimed Afrobeats artists and DJs. Afrobass Inc. is looking for approximately 4 outgoing and reliable promotional team members to join our on-call Event Flyer Distribution Team.
This is a Casual, ON-CALL position with opportunities to work at concerts, festivals, nightlife events, and special events throughout Toronto. Assignments vary by event and location, with most shifts lasting 2–3 hours.
Shift Options:
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Before the concert)
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM (After the concert)
Job Requirements:
As an On-Call Flyer Distributer, you'll help build excitement for Afrobass Fest 2026, taking place August 15 & 16, 2026.
Before each assignment, you'll receive a meeting location ("link-up spot") 24–48 hours in advance. From there, you'll join our promotional team and distribute flyers to concertgoers, festival attendees, and nightlife crowds at events happening throughout Toronto.
Your responsibilities include:
- Distributing promotional flyers for Afrobass Fest 2026
- Encouraging people to attend our upcoming events in a friendly and engaging manner
- Representing the Afrobass brand professionally and positively
- Arriving on time at the designated link-up location
- Following directions from the event team during each assignment
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with the public
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work on an on-call basis, primarily evenings and weekends
- Comfortable standing and walking for 2–3 hour shifts
- Able to travel to various event locations across Toronto
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for live events and music
