Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment buildings.
This role involves performing deep cleaning of recently vacated units and routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments (washroom, kitchen (including inside appliances, windows, floors, balconies)
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and laundry facilities within the apartment building
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways, elevators, and exterior walkways as needed
- Ensure trash is collected and properly disposed of in designated areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards
- Report any significant maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for routine or special cleaning projects

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
