9:00am–2:00pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities – Morning & Afternoon Operations:
Morning: Administrative & Customer Service (9:00am – 11:00am)
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with speed and accuracy.
- Call couriers and logistics partners to track delivery status and resolve shipment issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts, update contact information, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Provide product information and support to both customers and internal representatives with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and management teams to ensure seamless morning operations and on-time order fulfillment.
- Politely reply with accurate product info to account & representative inquiries
Afternoon: Warehouse Operations & Support (11:00am – 2:00pm)
- Pack approximately 50 Amazon and Shopify units daily with accuracy and care—quality is prioritized over speed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels closely; alert management when marketing materials or supplies are running low to ensure adequate reorder time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment—restocking shelves, organizing materials, and keeping workspaces tidy.
- Support operations across all functions as needed—bridging morning admin tasks with afternoon warehouse work to keep the whole operation moving.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Assist in seeking online vendors for quotes and supplies
- Assist in planning in-house events, meetings, luncheons, etc.
- Order & pick-up lunch(es) as needed
- Assist with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed (e.g., buying/sending gifts, organizing social events, assisting warehouse staff during busy times, etc).
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace & Dropbox.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platform(s), or Asana is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Physical capability to pack boxes, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a high degree of professionalism.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
