Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken in Duncan is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant by:
- Leading daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, speed, customer service, cleanliness, and profitability.
- Scheduling staff to provide excellent customer service while effectively managing labour costs.
- Monitoring restaurant performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing action plans to achieve operational goals.
- Managing food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and compliance with company policies, employment standards, and WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Handling customer concerns
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs to ensure efficient operations.
- Managing cash controls, daily deposits, inventory, and the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and accounting tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service excellence.
- Experience managing labour, inventory, budgets, and administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
