Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and beverages to a high standard
- Operate POS systems ( Square) for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Take customer orders, run food and drinks, and provide attentive table service
- Assist customers with menu selections and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area
- Handle food preparation and follow food safety and handling procedures
- Restock supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain efficient service
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years café or food service experience
- Comfortable working both barista station and floor service
- Experience with POS systems (Square preferred; Micros is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak hours
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons)
- Weekend availability is a must

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
