We're looking for an Events & Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the studio while creating exceptional guest experiences and helping grow a thriving creative community.
This is a leadership role that combines event coordination, hospitality, guest experience, team leadership, local marketing, community engagement, and studio operations.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the studio
- Coordinate workshops, camps, birthday parties, team building events, and community programs
- Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
- Build relationships with guests, members, schools, businesses, and community groups
- Help grow registrations, memberships, parties, and team building events
- Develop and execute local marketing, local social media, and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure the studio is organized, welcoming, and event-ready at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
- Plan ahead to ensure upcoming events run smoothly
- Step in to support classes, workshops, or events when required

Art experience is helpful but not required. We provide extensive training in our programs, systems, and guest experience standards.
Important To Know
- Full-time position (35–40 hours per week)
- Weekend availability is required
- This is an active, hands-on leadership role
- You'll spend your day coordinating events, supporting guests, leading staff, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly
- Studio presentation, organization, and cleanliness are a major part of the role
- We are a highly systems-driven company with established standards and processes
