Customer Care Representative
We are currently seeking an outgoing, organized, and reliable Full-Time Customer Care Representative to join our Vancouver team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building genuine connections with customers and delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You are passionate about sustainability, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring strong administrative skills alongside excellent customer service experience.
This is a full-time hourly position. Customer Care hours are currently 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a planned transition to 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Hours may adjust seasonally based on business needs, and occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with customers while providing a personalized luxury sales experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Manage website live chat and assist customers with product and service information.
- Host studio tours and in-store events, sharing Pyrrha’s brand story and values with guests.
- Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls at the studio front desk.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to support the daily operations of the website and Vancouver store.
- Process customer returns and repairs.
- Provide administrative and sales support as needed.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or working directly with the public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience with Shopify is considered an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, craftsmanship, and customer connection.
