All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Coquitlam, BC.
We offer a practice environment designed to allow RMTs to spend more of their time treating patients and less time managing administrative tasks. Our reception team provides day-to-day support, while our multidisciplinary services, ongoing marketing, and established patient base provide opportunities to develop and maintain a strong caseload.

The Role
As an RMT at our clinic, you'll manage your own patients and treatment approach while having access to the support and referral opportunities of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized massage therapy based on patient needs, presentation, and treatment goals
- Conducting assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic and condition-focused massage therapy
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans when appropriate
- Educating patients regarding home care, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery
- Maintaining complete and timely clinical documentation
- Communicating and collaborating with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Providing professional, patient-centred care
What We're Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment and therapeutic massage skills
- Professional and effective communication
- Patient-centred approach to treatment
- Ability to manage patients independently while working within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Commitment to maintaining professional and clinical standards
