Survtech Constructions is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and well-organized Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly on a part-time basis. You'll be the point of contact for clients and site staff and handle the day-to-day administration of the business. Working hours are flexible and will be agreed with the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails; schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and site staff
- Prepare and track invoices, record payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Maintain files, records, and correspondence; handle general paperwork
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to help draft documents, emails, and streamline office tasks
- Manage and post to the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Order office supplies and keep the office organized
- Support the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Bilingual is preferred
- Energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn new technology
- Working knowledge of AI tools for everyday office work
- Basic knowledge of social media handling is required
- Prior office administration, reception, or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace, email, and phone systems
- Well organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Experience in a construction or trades business is an asset
