We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Assistant / Early Childhood Educator ll (CCA/ECE ll) to support the development and well-being of children in our School age program .

Duties
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum plans
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs through engaging interactions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members regarding daily activities and progress
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing necessary assistance
- Use computer skills for documentation, record keeping, and communication purposes
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions and behavior management
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education
- Uphold all safety standards and licensing requirements during shifts
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs
- Classroom experience demonstrating organizational skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent time management skills to handle split shifts efficiently
- Computer operation skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Prior experience in teaching or special education is advantageous
