FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR, GUEST EXPERIENCE- MILESTONES (27 Princess St, Kingston, ON K7L 1A3)
As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible in supporting the Milestones location. You'll lead your team by example, providing exceptional service with every guest and maintain operational standards within the restaurant. You’ll support operations, guest experience, product quality and overall performance by ensuring that sales and profit goals are met, inventory management, team development and staffing are supported and best of all, help your team create a world class experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Supervise staff to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Train, communicate and hold your team accountable for the delivery of exceptional guest service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant, or retail industry
- Minimum 1 year of supervision experience
- Demonstrated skill in training and developing your team
- Experience with inventory control (counts, waste, ordering)
- The ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis, attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays and flexible hours
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Diverse customer service techniques
- Supervisory practices, procedures and team building skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Handling personal, confidential and sensitive information
Compensation for this position is within a range of 45k-48k.
