Pinkerton's isn't your typical neighbourhood bar.
We're loud. Fast. Busy. We care about cocktails just as much as the food leaving the pass. Our kitchen turns out everything from crispy fried chicken and duck confit fried rice to beef tartare, dumplings and bao—made with attention to detail, without taking ourselves too seriously.
We're looking for a Line Cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen and wants to be part of a small team that takes pride in putting out great food every night.What we're looking for:
- Previous line cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy services
- Positive attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Work service on fry, sauté, and prep stations as required
- Maintain consistency and quality during high-volume services
- Assist with daily prep and station setup
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
