Rossmount Inn is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver elevated, guest-focused service in both beverage and dining settings
- Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Confidently recommend wines and pairings that enhance the culinary experience
- Seamlessly support dining room service as required
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service
- Maintain an organized, clean, and service-ready workspace
- Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a quality-driven restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and wine fundamentals
- Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal service
