Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct precise land and construction surveys using modern equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners to gather accurate spatial data.
- Interpret engineering plans.
- Create detailed survey reports, maps, and CAD drawings that clearly communicate site conditions and progress to project teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure survey data aligns with design specifications and construction schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive records of survey data in organized databases or digital data management systems for easy access and future reference.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction surveying or related fields with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and interpreting technical drawings would be beneficial.
- Experience with data collection techniques using GPS devices, total stations, and other surveying tools.
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating detailed site plans and survey drawings.
- Familiarity with data management principles and experience working with databases to organize large sets of spatial information.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
