We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented siding installer(s) to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior metal siding on residential and commercial buildings. This job could lead to permanent placement within the company. Minimum 3 years experience with metal siding installations. Crews are welcome to apply as well. We need 4 people to fill this role as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret blueprints to determine siding requirements and layout plans
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary caulking or weatherproofing materials
- Bending and cutting metal siding materials
- Install various types of siding materials using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws
- Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and efficiently
- Use caulking techniques to seal joints and ensure weather-tight installations
- Read blueprints accurately to follow project specifications and ensure proper alignment
- Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in siding installation and general construction
- Prior construction experience with a focus on exterior building work or siding projects
- Strong carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and finishing details
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings effectively
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual labor throughout the workday
- Knowledge of caulking techniques to ensure weatherproof seals on siding joints
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various construction tasks

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
