We’re currently seeking a dedicated Voice & Piano Teacher to join our team starting part-time (2–3 days/week), with a clear path to build toward full-time in a short period as your roster fills. You’ll guide students of all ages to discover the joy of music, from their first song to the stage.
Who You Are
- You’re a seasoned teacher who’s passionate, dependable, and ready to grow with a great team

- Healthy technique + musicality: You can coach tone, breath/support, pitch, rhythm, ear training, and musical expression without overcomplicating it. On piano, you can build solid reading, chord fluency, and practical accompaniment skills.
- Performance coaching: We run concerts and open mics year-round. You understand stage prep, rehearsal structure, and how to get students ready with confidence
- A collaborative mindset: You work well with colleagues, respect structure, and contribute positively to a shared teaching environment.
- Reliability and integrity: This role carries real responsibility, students and families rely on your consistency, professionalism, and communication.
- Focus on long-term student growth + retention: You take pride in keeping students engaged, motivated, and excited to return each week.
