Experienced Cosmetic Injector / Naturopathic Doctor / Nurse Practitioner / Physician
Lustrous Medical Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced, licensed healthcare professional to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled Cosmetic Injector, Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician with a passion for medical aesthetics and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history reviews and aesthetic assessments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and clinical needs.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Letybo®) and dermal fillers.
- Perform PRP treatments for facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, and other approved indications.
- Perform mesotherapy and fat-dissolving injections where appropriately trained and licensed.
- Administer IV vitamin therapy in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Process and manage extended health insurance claims, including direct billing where applicable.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely while maintaining strict infection prevention and sanitation standards.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and medical-grade skincare products based on patients’ needs.
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to provide a seamless patient experience and efficient scheduling.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in British Columbia as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN) with cosmetic injection certification, or Physician.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on cosmetic injection experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, fat-dissolving injections, and IV therapy.
- Experience working with extended health insurance providers and direct billing systems is considered a strong asset.
- Must be eligible to practice in British Columbia without any professional restrictions, disciplinary actions, or licensing limitations.
- Strong consultation, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Professional, ethical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or Downtown Vancouver.
