As we grow toward becoming a recognized brand with big ambitions, we're building a founding team of passionate people who want to grow right along with us. Rooted in the belief that healthy eating should feel indulgent, Pink Parrot redefines wellness with bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and a creative twist. We craft nourishing superfood bowls (açai, mango, and dragon fruit), protein shakes, specialty lattes, and wholesome snacks using real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients designed to energize and satisfy.
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Team Crew Members who want more than just a paycheck - people who take pride in great food, great service, and being part of a team with a vision.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve our signature acai, mango, and dragon fruit bowls, protein shakes, lattes, and other menu favorites
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, exceptional customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
- Ensure every order meets our quality and presentation standards
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Help monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items
- Become a product expert on our full superfood menu
- Get involved in social media videos and brand content as we grow our presence
What We're Looking For
- Previous café (e.g. barista), restaurant, or customer service experience is required
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
- Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferably lives in Oakville, Ontario
