As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day.
No previous industry experience is required, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.

Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.

Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.

Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

On-site role within a Gateway Care Center.

Active position involving standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.

Work around production equipment, heat and noise.

Handle deceased pets with dignity and respect.

Should be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Use required PPE and follow established safety procedures.
