BOLD Engineering Inc. is seeking applications from experienced Building Science Engineers / Designers. 3 - 5 years of experience is required to apply for this position. Applicants must have similar working experience in Canada.
Applicants must be well versed in building science system rehabilitation, building condition assessments, reserve fund studies. Applicants must be familiar with the following building systems: roofing, cladding, building envelope, windows, doors and interiors. Knowledge of OBC building codes is required. Construction management experience is also an asset.
Excellent drafting skills using AUTOCAD, effective written and oral communication skills and a desire to learn and work with team members is required.
Final Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
Salary Range = $70K - $85K
