Summary
We are seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to provide dedicated, full-time care for a 3-month-old infant in Vancouver. This role will begin in March 2027 and is ideal for a nurturing, reliable professional with strong infant care experience. As a live-in role, the position requires availability to provide care in alignment with the family’s schedule, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends, while respecting all employment standards and agreed-upon hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old infant
- Establish and maintain consistent feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
- Support early developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Travel domestically and internationally with the family, as required
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, progress, and observations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar live-in nanny or infant care role
- Hands-on experience caring for infants aged 3–9 months
- Fluent in English
- Current Infant CPR and First Aid certification
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Cantonese
- Formal training or experience in Montessori or Waldorf education

- CAD$100,000+ (based on experience)
